CONSTANTINUS is a trademark registered in Austria. ICMCI, FEACO, the FEACO and ICMCI member associations and the applicants may use the CONSTANTINUS Logo in other countries at own risk. Applicants must not pass the rights on to third parties, except to customers of their submitted project. CONSTANTINUS AWARD (incite Ausbildungs- und Schulungsausbildungs GmbH) cannot guarantee for indemnity on any legal claims.
No confidential documents or programming code will be accepted by CONSTANTINUS AWARD (incite Ausbildungs- und Schulungsausbildungs GmbH). ICMCI, FEACO and CONSTANTINUS AWARD (incite Ausbildungs- und Schulungsausbildungs GmbH) will not publish details on projects other than submitted by the applicants and necessary for advertising and PR.
All parties agree on strict adherence to data protection regulations.
ICMCI, FEACO or CONSTANTINUS AWARD (incite Ausbildungs- und Schulungsausbildungs GmbH) will not cover travel and living expenses for applicants or customers participating at CONSTANTINUS events.
Any dispute arising from this announcement will be openly discussed and settled in a fair and amicable manner. If agreement cannot be reached, all parties agree on a mediation process by a professional mediator.
